BiON has combined the benefits of Mandelic acid, Lactic acid, Azelaic acid, & Niacinamide to produce a toner for mature skin, as well as acneic skin. The three acids gently remove bacteria, control sebum production, clear pores and help control acne. All skin types can enjoy an even skin tone, less wrinkles and a reduction in hyperpigmentation.
